Webinar - Enterprise Payment System (EPS) - Online Permit Creation and Online Fee Payments

The USPS has enhanced the Online Permit Creation functionality with the deployment of EPS. Now mailers can open a permit, link it to an Enterprise Payment Account (EPA), and pay their permit imprint application fee online through the Business Customer Gateway (BCG).  Mailers can also pay most permit fees using their EPA through the BCG. All mailers bringing permit applications to the Business Mail Entry Units should be educated on the new functionality and encouraged to open their permit online.

Once the permit account has been created and associated with an EPS account, mailers can make online payments for mailing and shipping services, manage and view fee details, select fees to be paid and confirm payment activity from the Mailing Services Balance and Fees (PostalOne!) page.

The mailing and shipping fee types noted below are eligible for online payment:

  • Imprint Application Fees

  • FCM Presort

  • USPS Marketing Mail Presort

  • BPM Flats Destination Entry

  • BRM Application Fees

  • BRM Annual Maintenance Fees

  • BRM Bulk Weighted Average Permit Fees

  • BRM Bulk Weighted Average Annual Account Fees

  • BRM Weighted Average Fees
