Topics covered in the course include: Training is available through fiveday residency programs offered at Postal Service training facilities located in Norman, Oklahoma. Training may also be arranged in your city through sponsorship by your Postal Customer Council.
Mail Design Professional
The Mailpiece Design Professional (MDP) program offers two curriculum alternatives that teach mailing industry personnel how to design mail to enhance its compatibility with U.S. Postal Service® automated equipment. It also coaches mailers on how to achieve lower postage prices through automation. USPS MDP certification is available upon successful completion of course assessment.
